Responsible use of AI Policy

Clark Strategic may use artificial intelligence tools to support research, analysis, idea development and drafting. We remain responsible for the advice and materials we provide.

We apply professional judgement to AI-assisted work, checking relevant facts, sources and conclusions before using them in client deliverables. We consider potential inaccuracies, bias and limitations.

We respect client confidentiality, intellectual property and data protection requirements. Before using confidential or personal information with an AI service, we assess whether the use is permitted and whether appropriate contractual, privacy and security safeguards are in place.

We follow clients’ requirements concerning AI and discuss material uses where they affect confidentiality, methodology or the interpretation of our work.

We review our approach as the technology, evidence and relevant requirements develop.
