We worked with MedTech Europe’s senior leadership team through a series of foundational strategy workshops and a review of organisational direction.
The process provided space for the team to explore priorities and establish a shared basis for future decisions. Sustainability emerged as one of the organisation’s top strategic priorities, demonstrating the value of considering it within the wider organisational strategy.

Developing a plastic-free healthcare campaign strategy
We supported Health Care Without Harm with the development of a plastic-free healthcare campaign strategy.
The assignment brought together healthcare sustainability expertise and campaign planning to give a complex environmental challenge a clear strategic focus. It illustrates our work helping organisations develop programmes and campaigns that can advance the sustainability agenda across healthcare.
International Hospital Federation / Geneva Sustainability Centre
Connecting organisational strategy, services and delivery
Our work with the Geneva Sustainability Centre brought together strategic review, organisational development and practical programme support.
We developed a new strategic framework and designed a sustainable healthcare transformation model to organise the Centre’s services. Alongside this, we advised on product and commercial strategy, provided training for internal staff and supported the delivery of key programme outputs.
The assignment illustrates how our work can connect an organisation’s overall direction with the services it offers and the capability needed to deliver them.
